离婚赡养费

原先发在抚养费那边。发现应该在赡养费这边。希望得到指点。多谢！

对方拥有至少三处房产，离婚时，我把房子已经给了对方，而且没有交换任何利益，但现在对方还是以我工资比其高要求support。而我什么财产都没有，还有银行负债。请问大家，离婚赡养费里，完全不考虑各自拥有的房产和财产，只看收入吗？我的律师是这么说的。可是明摆着对方比我富有，只有现金收入少于我一点儿而已。这样，我还是要付对方赡养费吗？有相关的法律条款可参考吗？

对方应该还有相当数额的继承款，我无法知道具体的银行和数额。也不知道是否能请法院调查？
