工会面试 Update - 昨天面试结束， 雇主说下周联系我， 还有第二和第三轮面试， 但是又让我把references 发过去

我有点困惑，rreference 不是应该在第二和第三轮面试结束后才给吗？ 我该现在就把references发给HR 吗？谢谢。
