提上来:数学超前学一年的好处是在高中有机会学数学AP课.

如果按步就班学数学是这样的:

七年级: Pre-Algebra
八年级: Algebra I
九年级: Geometry
十年级: Algebra II
十一年级: Pre Cal
十二年级: Cal (AP), or other Math AP courses

申请大学的最重要的是十一年级以前学的课的GPA.十二年级的课只要一个学期.

数学超前学一年的另一个好处是可以帮助十二年级学物理AP课(if wanted),因为物理AP课要有Pre Cal的基础.

以上讲的都是按步就班学.如果孩子在花钱在college或别的方式修课再通过高中考试来跳课的话,就另当别论.
