Tufts还是UIUC?

帮朋友问。
朋友的儿子是小中。他想学经济专业。Tufts 经济专业已录取了他。被UIUC 录取了别的专业。
该小中男家住伊州。目前Tufts 已给了比较好的资助。UIUC 还没有资助消息。
朋友想让孩子去Tufts 。即使多花些钱也觉得对孩子前途好。儿子不想大学期间花费太多。他倾向于去UIUC 。第二年转到经济专业。
请各位朋友帮忙出些主意。
