这里有住在美国同时有加拿大房产的同学吗？

加拿大房产继承是不是没有类似美国stepup basis一说？如何把房产给娃最合算？我给自己买了个退休房要到26年才盖好，到时候是不是直接把熊娃的名字加上最省事？pros and cons分别是啥？如果不加熊娃的名字是需要在加拿大再做一份遗嘱还是可以加到我现有的trust里？
