怎样选择比较好？

T20内南方的私立大学，pre-med track program，vs. 中游州立大学full ride，学费杂费吃住零花加笔记本电脑海外游学全免奖学金，honors program + pre-med track (must keep GPA 3.5 above；4.0 for medicine，which is the top 2% among 500 students in the program) 。

小哥高中是区域No.1公立，GPA 4.6，ACT满分，PSAT满分，National Merit Final，一个 National Championship，其它音乐体育社区服务发表论文参加国际性学术会议等等属于玩票性质，自理有上进心但是不是特别好胜非要拼第一的孩子，有一点点玩性（和同学一起打电游），将来想进医学院，想读MD PhD，两所大学每年进医学院的人数差不多 。想听听大家过来人的意见，如何选择，各有哪些利弊？先谢谢啦！
