前几天和同学的朋友聊了下

A是某投行的矿工。A建议俺家熊娃不要选矿工。

1. 矿工的路很窄而且上升空间非常有限。进去时啥职位/工资，10多年也不会多大变化。

2. 矿工的圈子很窄，80%+以上都是亚裔。
