说个对加州小中实习生的印象

最近组里有两个加州来的小中做实习生。一男孩儿一女孩儿。两个年青人都很聪明是好苗子。 与往届见过的实习生不同的是两个学生都有比较aggressvie. 女生和男生来了两个星期以后，分别和我们的VP 主动要求安排一个1:1. 当时女生提出来以后， VP私下问我这女生是要辞职吗嘻嘻。 女生和VP， 以及我们各级领导都安排了1:1， 在1:1过程中，女孩子详细准备了会议议题做了详细的笔记，主要是了解每个人的day to day life 是啥。男生和VP1:1的时候问了个问题，什么样的是个好的engineer。 会后发了篇有关好engineer链接给VP，然后建议VP 把这个作为整个部门value 的basis. 这么一轮搞下来，几个同事私下交流，是不是加州公司里intern 的企业文化就是这样，所以这些孩子都这么拼。
