再听听大家的意见关于选校

男娃，加州公校毕业，想在UCLA， UCSD, WashU, Case 里选。UCSD有regent，他不太喜欢校园环境。Case 有奖学金，他又觉得学校没有名气。Wash U 没有任何奖学金，他倒很喜欢。问题是WashU和UCLA费用差了一倍。值得吗？他想学医但又有可能转到工程， 如果学医不喜欢或GPA不够的话。所以报了BME。这种情况下，大家有什么建议吗？谢谢。
