在业界干了大半辈子，觉得最重要的还是“运气”，就是“命”，能力仅是第二位。

基本上下来几年就会是大消涤、大失业、公司hiring freeze 的时候了，对将来的毕业生会是一个打击。即使工作没有问题，工作性质上的可选性必然会小了。
