大学学费的financial aid是按哪一年的收入算的，以后调整吗？

小孩11年级，我今后几年的收入估计会比较波动。

明年（2020）11月12月申请大学时，明年的税还没报。是按2019的收入定financial aid，还是等到报了2020的税再定？

今后每年调整吗？
