is likely not art, but Plan II (liberal arts).

It is much like the Columbia or UChicago programs that emphasize "core" requirements - reading a lot of classics.

Is she not submitting RD applications?

If she is, then there is good chance she might get into an ivy. - no need to split hair right now.
