After Sunday gatherings at the church, the Jews sit together and trade business opportunities among themselves, before dealing the rest with outsiders on Monday.
For their kids, sometimes they have an Elderly to observe kids under 6, and tell their parents whether the kid has a future in academics or business. (At least according to some Jewsish students who retold their childhood stories).
Jews living in NY also attend those after school training classes before taking the competitive entrance exams for HS in Chinatown.
They also have very strong community bonds.
