【芒果酸奶昔】Mango Lassi

 

芒果酸奶昔（Lassi）是我在印度时经常买来享用的饮料。夏日炎炎的时候也是芒果盛产的季节. 慵懒没胃口的夏日午后，来一杯冰凉香甜的Lassi，舒心的感觉至今仍在心间呢！

 

材料：

1 杯 自制酸奶/优格  或 市售酸奶

1 杯 饮用水

1/2 杯 有机全脂牛奶

1 杯 切好的芒果肉

1-2 小勺/适量 的 糖

2-3 滴 香草精    Optional

 

 

 

1. 把所有材料放到搅拌机里搅拌顺滑香甜美味的酸奶昔就好啦！
