Just came back from Utah and realized Utah is a cowboy state

When I visited gift shops in Zion and Bryce national park, I was surprised about all cowboy stuff. I also surprised that Utah even have a lot of mexican restaurants. I am living in Texas, only knew Texas is a cowboy state before.
