Since there are 3 ways to buy REO houses (from the bank directly, through an agent , or through a auction house), I think through auction house might the better choice. Again, do you bid through this way? How do you find REO auction ad? Is subscribing forecloseure.com the only way? Could you go to county court house to get this kind of information? Thanks a lot!
