I happened to call Geico, too.
The landlord insurance that Geico offered has higher coverage and is more expensive. Therefore, I didn't get the landlord insurance from them. I didn't need that much of the coverage for my rental condo. However, I did get the umbrella insurance through Geico. My suggestion is to shop around and see if you can get better price (less coverage) from other insurance company.
30万- do yo mean liability? if so, i think it's pretty standard. you need to have 300k liability coverage
