Living Trust 的 烦恼

正在准备living trust, 100多页纸, 看的头昏, 不明白呀不明白. 

本来想着应该restrict trustee的权限, 比如不能买卖房屋等等. 可现在律师认为不妥, 理由如下

Restrict what trustee can do may make your trust not acceptable by institutions where you have bank account with. The bank has no personal to watch what your signor-trustee can or cannot do. It ends up going through court whenever your children needs the money. Rather you hire a professional trustee who can be more trustworthy. They will charge 1.25% a year normally, if you need a referral list, I can provide you one. 

You must give them a power to buy and sell as they may need to buy and sell if no other assets can be used. If you cannot trust your trustee, please select one you can trust or as default, going through court which may cost 20% attorney fees, but it is worth to pay if no one can be trusted.

不限制吧, 好象trustee 啥都能干. 除了国内的trustee, 最好还得在美国本地找个trustee, 光找中国的兄弟姐妹, 变外国trust, 好象要交很多额外费用. 大侠们都怎么弄的?
