出租房却遇到人想先租后买，该怎么办？

I’m looking for is a place that can be rented for a couple of years with the possibility of buying down the road. I may even be willing to offer you more than what you are asking for the right to purchase later and would also agree to be 100% responsible for the property including all the payments, maintenance, upkeep and repairs
