1) document (take picture) the trashing of your house.
2) serve 2 3-day notices
3 day to quit or cure (for the lease violtions of trashing the house)
3 day to quit or pay rent (if tenant is late on rent)
I really recomment you to consult a local real estate lawyer and let lawyer write up these notices for you, because rent ordinance are different in every city. There is specific languages you have to put there or the notice is invalid. Also hire a professional process server, because you need proof of notice or it is invalid.
Don't be cheap on hiring the lawyer and process server, you need to do it right the first time, or it will be a waste of time and money. Just follow the right process and you will get them out!
Get them out, clean up and move on. This is an invaluable lesson every landlord has to go through. good luck!
