阿猫，韭菜修根问题请教

我的韭菜三年没剪根上的疙瘩了，现在想剪，但担心天热（Houston现在象夏天了），剪了后韭菜反而晒死了。你说夏天可以剪吗还是要等到冬天？谢谢。
