租赁客浴室漏水的应对手段。

特别是年轻一对，经常在淋浴下打肉战，帘子根本不起作用，遍地是水，地板/天花板遭殃。

各位到底如何处理？

我以前采用过以下手段，都不理想。

1）房东掏钱找人修了了事。

2）房东先掏钱找人修，再向租赁客收。收到的可能小于50%

3）房东让租赁客自己修，报销材料费。

4）不修不管。

5）不修但向租赁客诉赔，或者驱逐。
