问GC的insurance。

  问各位大侠。我想考个General Contrator 的license.刚问了一下保险。好像liability还不贵。但是Worker's Com很贵。 各位大侠在这方面是怎么考虑的。有没有什么好的建议。

还有每个项目（或房子）还买Builder's risk险吗？
