1. Deposit of $1000 and I will forfeit $500 if back out after the ender approves the offer;
2. 1% lender negotiation fee.
I accepted #1 and rejected #2.
Now I need to do inspection within 17 days. I will risk the inaction fee ~$350. 这个好像无法避免。
