敬问大佬们, 有mold disclosure的房子能要吗? 很便宜.

mold 本生不是大问题, 外墙屋顶都好, 不象是外面长进去的mold 更象里面长期通风不好引起,天花板上, 角落里都是. 应该好洗. Basement 反而很干,没有mold, 问提是seller有mold disclosure,那么city 会找 buyer 多大的麻烦去 mold?
