Inventory is down in south FL, 房价要涨了吗？

去年夏末去south FL （Naples 一带）， 已经说"Inventory is down as compare to a year ago". 现在一去问， inventory is down another 20%! 好像听起来和全国的大图很不一样。 除非两个房产商都在骗我。是不是好区复苏的快一些？ 

对东北部， 春天是hot season. For south FL， 对seller来讲， 是不是season is over(getting to hot summer soon)?
