请教: 在NJ 买SHORT SALE, GOOD FAITH DEPOSITE的问题.

listing agent 要我们把OFFER和这笔good faith deposite 1000元一同交上, 可银行还没同意怎么就要给这笔钱了? 正常吗?

因为我在别州买时这钱是银行同意才交的.

是不是交上他们就不能接受别的OFFER?
