新地主请教问题

最近被老婆逼迫成地主, 新手上路, 有以下问题, 请老地主们多多指教:

刚买的投资房, 一个月后CLOSE(在四月底). 现房内住有房客(前屋主的房客+朋友), 想住到6月底(孩子学期完),并很大可能续租. 房客是一护士, 有若干孩子们(2--4个), 但近期才离婚.

我的问题是: 在CLOSING 时是否让她继续住在房内(如查她的CREDIT很好的前提下)?

刚作地主, 请走前房客害怕房子空置.
