2. You can protect with LLC or corp. someone suggests 0.5 million shed by a LLC. If you have 2 million RE, set up 4 LLCs.
Also, 斑竹and other 大老 strongly suggest to buy enough insurance + umbrella insurance. Do not rely on LLC for protection.
