why you are so optimistic

you have a very strong bias towards bubbling the housing market.

- when the interest rate goes up, housing price will drop

- canada has a relatively small housing market, it is a matter of time, it will bust too

- there is no good support for expensive housing. it is not good for economy. houses traps money, and houses don't produce anything.

but i agree that one should understand tax laws.
