火急！！卖主要撤出合同，扣留2万刀押金，有没有办法解决？

我前天发过贴，抱着侥幸心里等到今天，结果刚才卖主的经济人说，如果明天不过户（这个过户日期已经延长了两次），他们要我们交另外2万刀非退换性押金，才可以答应延长只一个星期，不然，他们要撤出合同，我的全部押金扣留。过户之所以一延再延，是因为贷款公司为一件小事纠纷了两个月！我的 loan officer, agent， 当然给我保税的CPA都有责任！急切请问各位大师出谋话策，该怎样应对才能尽量减少我们的损失。。。
