Below is the sequence from high to low for SFH (3BR, 2BA)
1. Top: Wesley elementary-Cupertino middle-Homestead High. $1.05M. Bidding wars will add 10w-16w to the asking price

2. Cherry chase elementary-Sunnyvale middle-Homestead High. $95w-$1m. Bidding wars will add 8w.

3. Cumberland elementary-Sunnyvale middle-Homestead High. Final price close to $95w.

4. Near Wolfe & Fremont Ave belongs to Fremont High, they are about 90w.

At the end, you want to stay away from Fremont high. Sunnyvale middle's API is under 800 but it has 25% Asian. Cupertino middle's API is over 900 with 40% Asian.
