关于房价，刚才一不小心，戳了一下别人的心头痛

刚刚又去做家教，还是昨天那一家。完后和那妈妈聊天，聊股市房市，一边聊一边往外走，在她家门口聊了好一会儿。后来我指着她家对门和她家同一个floor plan的房子说，你知道那个房子在卖吗？她问我，卖多少钱吗？我说24万5。然后她就说you made my day。

她说明年他们就要搬家了，搬到oceanside，到时就要把现在的房子卖掉。06年她们花了50万买的这个房子，放了30多万的downpayment，真是个mistake。前段时间问她一个做agent的邻居最近的房市如何？那个agent一直不回复她。现在好了，她知道值多少了，真让她心痛。还说她的401k也亏了好几十万...
