You should not expect to make immediate money in RE

You can accumulate and enlarge your position during the next 4-5 years. But don't unrealistically think you can make any real money from your properties right now. Your aim should be how to hold more good properties for the next cycle. It's a long and lonely career, and that's the price to pay for the eventual fruit.
