ok, forget about buying. since we don't need to pay buyer agent anyways, and sometimes we can't get good deals because we have a buyer agent in the middle.

mainly for selling the property. 5-6% to seller agent, that's a lot. isn't it? become a seller agent and hook up with a broker, it will save more than half of the selling fee. is it true? Da Shi mei, do you do this? if not, why not?
