为将来退休打个前站，试试俺的小钝刀。

经过半年准备，基本成型。每月Passive Income $16K+， 目标值$20K。 未来还会有些追加投资，Target应该能提前实现。

大致投资组合

• 现金+短期债券：24%
• Municipal Bonds （Tax Exempt): 12.5%
• Preferred Stocks: 21%
• Covered Call ETFs: 18%
• Closed End Funds (CEFs), Bussiness Development Companies (BDCs): 8%
• Common Stocks + Gold: 12%
• Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLOs): 4.5%
