绿色区： aggressively going after stocks. willing to take considerable risk

灰色区：Opportunitistic, but always ready to take profit, establish hedge, or cut loss

黄色区: High Alert, need to see evidence market can find support in the lower range of this area before committing. Continue to hedge in the high end of this area.

红色区: most likely bear market is here. Do anything everything possible to protect porfolio

这只是现在的考虑，如果有别的重大变化再调整
