Just checked the itemized closing cost, it seems there's not much room for negotiation.
The 1st major cost is the count&state taxes/stamps, none negotiable; the other major cost that counted as half cost of the closing cost is title insurance, there's an online title insurance rate calculator, it seems not much room to negotiate here.
That's it., I'll take it.
