为什么不少房子今年早些时候买的，现在又卖呢？

而且现在的卖价比今年的买价高不了多少。去除commission 的话，就是loss . 看到有个房是比今年的买价低至少20%

什么原因今年买又今年卖呢？看过的房中不小的比例是这种房呢
