carpet, 4k

kitchen cabinets, sink, floor 8k

bathroom 4k

appliances 5k

lights 1k

little things, door knobs, switch cover plates.

This is about 30k. I have not talked about windows yet.

If you don't know anything, you are not going to get someone doing these for you this low.
