我在傍晚收到房客发来的短信，事实上她在早上就发了，延迟了7-8个小时我才收到。我估计有可能是当地的信号系统受损或太拥挤。所以，若有联系重灾区的网友，一是别急，二是这两天若非必要，尽量不占用那里的通讯设备。

Hi xxxx,

we just got home, roof held up.  We had boarded everything up and braced the garage door. xxx said the garage door kept trying to blow in, he had to push it back out several times, time to replace that for sure.  Do much mess not amazingly I don't see a bunch of roofs off, at least in our area.  Flooding south of us is horrible, it's actually better we got the direct hour as far as flooding. I'll keep to updated on the cleanup and any issues we may find.

新地主们，遇上这样的情况，有PM的就让PM安排，自己管理的注意几点：

1，首先确定房子是否安全。不确定的情况下，建议（要求）房客找临时安全居住地。

2，请房客（有朋友最好）把损坏部分拍照。

3，立刻找得到工人去修好的可能性比较小，稍安勿躁。

祝所大家都平安，也要相信一切灾难终将过去。
