现在比较北卡和休斯顿了。我在北卡呆得太久，快疯了

这里关键是高大的树太多，基本就是森林中开发出来的社区，生活极度单调，但学区好，气候也不错（夏天热，但比乔治亚弗罗里达好），是养家的好地方。

北卡的房子猛涨了很多，感觉还有继续涨的空间。不过，昨天听休斯顿的热心朋友说休斯顿的房价，我真是大吃一惊，比北卡便宜很多。我个人在这乡下这么久，一直向往去大城市（当然是不是住在市区中），所以觉得很理想。但休斯顿的缺点现在发现有两个：热，水灾。热我倒不怕，但水灾有点畏惧。所以想问问休斯顿的朋友，你们有没有经历过水灾？

另外还有一个顾虑，如果我搬去休斯顿，肯定要卖掉北卡的房子。不知道今后的几年休斯顿和北卡哪边的房子涨的更快？感觉休斯顿的房价如此低，空间是肯定有的，但也看到有房子居然降价的。北卡这边有些地方也有降价的，但涨的势头还没退。

唉，人想得太多也是麻烦。
