房客要求修楼梯续-- 他们答应付一半的钱，另外一半我自己出

他们不同意那个damage是狗狗弄的，也不想交pet deposit-- 我同意了，各退一步。

 

因为上了stain 要24 到48小时才能干，想着他们要是memorial day weekend 出门玩就perfect，要不他们怎么上楼呢，家里刚生了老3。要不stain 一边，干了再弄另外一边，最后加runner?
