一般来说，高大上的大白玉房用 color painting，我只有个别这样的房子，现在也不这么做了。你的房看上去是很普通

的房，用来出租最好是单一颜色。

我是用swiss coffee or navajo white，swiss coffee 不是扎眼那么白，偏暖，适合白领工。

Novajo white 偏黄，耐脏，适合老墨和有小孩子的家庭。
