再问一下， 房子问题, 图片这里

不是房客提前解约要走了， 我已经放market上了， 但没人租， 看来一时半会找不到房客。 我要不要刷一下房子里面？

房子里面不是很脏， 可刷可不刷， 但是现在没人住， 也一时找不到人， 刷一下蛮好。

还有一个问题是， 我暑假要搬家了， 就离这个房子很远了， 以后刷， 自己就不能监督了， 这次刷了， 估计可以撑几年， 那刷不刷呢？

以前的颜色比较扎眼， 厕所里面是绿的， 现在要刷就刷个中性色， 也许以后更好租。 关键我想我现在在， 可以看着， 以后就不方便了。 

大家觉着呢？ 刷还是不刷？ 

有没有推荐一个颜色， 中性的， 烟灰？
