Wholesaler deal. 第六个BRRRR 项目。Triplex, 195K, rehab 30K， ARV 300-330k, Rent should over 3K.

第二个BRRRR 拿到的钱下周去closing 第4和5个BRRRR项目，

第三个BRRRRy已经做完了并出租了，目前正在refi。 希望可以用这个钱去closing这个triplex. 

 

以后第4个-5个的重贷的钱可以买下一个。然后Keep going。

租金的现金流攒着，攒够了买个大的多家庭。
