FED 预计在今年会多次提高利息减少印钱的数目。对于房市的影响是长期贷款利息会明显上升（银行界预计到这个升利息已经在抬升利率）

看下图。从现在到2022年底，长期房贷利息将增加17％。30年贷款中利息部分是大概80％，也就是说房贷负担将增加13％，相应地房市将有大概15％的ADJUSTMENT。
