零的突破 - 周年随想

一年前的11月12日第一次走进佛州西海岸渔港小村属于自己的度假小屋。

从西岸到东岸，从网上找房开始，一切都是从零开始。周年这个时段发生在Covid-19疫情期间，将难以忘怀。

在海渠里建好了船升降机，排队等了好几个月。

旱鸭子ld添置了第一条可以出近海的小机动船，在紧俏的船市用了几个月时间挑选到性价比能接受的船。

周年纪念日出海ld钓到了第一条小海鱼-- 网上比对了半天，鉴定是ladyfish，海港136个鱼类的一种。

周年的感受 - 美好的愿景，规划，蓝图，都可以通过努力和行动化为现实，已经实现规划的网友，追梦的网友，准备半躺全躺的网友，大家的心路和感想也会是相通的。

不需要很有钱去追逐向往的life style，但是财务上一定要规划好作力所能及的事情。如果能与tzlc相结合，这个过程还会带来不是意外的financial reward。一年来随疫情这类房子越来越紧俏，房价被推高了一倍。这期间在当地发现了一个投资机会购入了一个白菜房。
