湾区买房请教

我们最近在看一个房，各方面都比较满意，就是白天晚上的噪音比较大。白天我们在房子里面听过，还算可以，就是担心晚上会不会影响睡眠，但是我们不知道如何发现夜间噪音对睡眠的影响。请教大家有什么建议？不知道能不能在给offer之前向卖主要求在房子里住一晚，或是在给offer后inspection contingency期间在房子里住一晚。求教各位大神，谢谢！！
