前天刚修好屋顶，昨天就下了场暴雨。现在又和L D争论全换luxury Vinyl plank

还是卧室换地毯，厨房，客厅，hallway，bathroom换Luxury Vinyl plank，三个卧室换新地毯？

这个房子2013年购入至今,只有客厅换过一次地毯，其它房间的地毯都没有换过，厨房和卫生间是老式的方格Vinyl，这次租客搬出以后，地毯看着已经不行了。

如果全换luxury Vinyl Plank，1300sqf的房子连工带料，大概要$3400,如果三个卧室换新地毯其余的都换luxury vinyl plank连工带料$2750.  想听听大家的建议哪个方案比较好？谢谢各位的意见和建议
